Every extended health plan has different policies. Please look into your individual plan for details on coverage. For reimbursement from your insurance company, an invoice with the therapist’s name and registration number will be issued when the full amount of payment is made at the time of the treatment.

Appointments can be made by phone or via email, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card or gift card # is required at the time of booking.
It is requested that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first wellness treatment, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Gratuities are not included and are left completely to your discretion. Tips are welcome in recognition of outstanding service.
Refund Policy for in Store Purchases
Products purchased in our stores cannot be returned for refund unless they are damaged. The item must be exchanged within 15 days. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products.
Gift Card Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash.
Cancellation Policy & No Shows
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Limina Wellness requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change. Failure to notify us will result in services charges.
All No-Show appointments will be charged 50% of said service.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Group Bookings or Spa Day Packages
RESERVATION POLICY: A 50% deposit is required 7 days prior to the group booking date. We will require your credit card information (VISA or MasterCard) or a gift certificate number to guarantee your spa reservation. Bookings require the contact person or each individual to provide their credit card information and service choices within one week of having a reserved date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 72 hours’ notice to reschedule, change or cancel your reservation. 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less that 72 hours’ notice.
Please inform all your guests of our policy.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.
